Arrivals Limited was begun by Sarah Western Balzer, who was relocated from New York to London in March 2003.

Sarah spent 13 years in the entertainment industry before turning her attention to Arrivals Limited. She was born in Washington, DC, and grew up in Tampa, Florida. She has a BA in journalism and a minor in psychology from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Her love for London began when she was a student at Malibu, California's Pepperdine University, and spent her sophomore year studying at Pepperdine’s South Kensington campus.

In addition to Arrivals, Sarah oversees the lifestyle section of the financial news website, Here Is The City.

Sarah lived near High Street Kensington during her first few years in London and now lives in Wapping with her husband and son.
